Warranty

The User who purchases as a consumer has the right of guarantee on the products and services purchased within the limits of 24 months from the purchase and under the conditions established by law, provided that the Owner is informed of the defects found, in the same manner scheduled for withdrawal, within 2 months of their discovery.

To exercise the warranty right, the User is required to return the product following the instructions indicated in the specific section of the site or, failing that, by contacting the Owner.

Special courses

In order to proceed with the purchase of the courses called “STAY HERE ACADEMY”, in whatever manner and duration they are offered, the User is required to accept and sign the special conditions for the supply of said courses, available in the dedicated section of each site made by The Bridge – TTMT SA. In the event of a conflict between the rules referred to in this document and the special conditions dedicated to these courses, the latter will prevail.

It is understood that the mere subscription to any of these courses implies the complete acceptance of these conditions and the privacy policy of The Bridge – TTMT SA.

Live courses

Without prejudice to the existence of the clauses relating to the withdrawal and to the limitations of the right of withdrawal referred to above, with regard to registration for live courses, any cancellations or transfers of entry must be received in writing to the general@thebridgettmt.com at least 30 days before the beginning of the course in the classroom to which the client had confirmed his adhesion by order of purchase of the admission ticket.

Cancellations or transfers outside the 30-day deadline and occurring within 15 days before the start of the course will result in a penalty equal to 50% of the amount paid at the time of the purchase order entry.

Cancellations or transfers outside the 15-day deadline before the start of entry do not provide for any form of reimbursement or change of edition.

Without prejudice to the existence of the clauses relating to the withdrawal and to the limitations of the right of withdrawal referred to above, in the event of purchase of the admission ticket at a reduced or discounted price, the same title is not refundable or may be used for a further edition.

Business users

Users who wish to join the business partnership program with the Owner will be granted the right to create offers and resale programs customized for their users. Further information on this can be found in the specific section of each site created by The Bridge – TTMT SA dedicated to the so-called “Affiliation” programs or by contacting the Owner with the contact information provided in this document.

The Affiliates and / or Authors have the opportunity to earn a percentage up to 10% where they had to procure additional Authors at The Bridge – TTMT SA. Further details can be found in the dedicated section of each site created by The Bridge – TTMT SA.

The Service is provided “as is”

The Service is provided by the Owner “as is”, without any express or implicit guarantee due to its accuracy or availability.

In particular, the free and / or promotional materials are such when they appear on the sites created by The Bridge – TTMT SA, without any guarantee or obligation on the part of the Owner.

In the event that the Owner is a licensee of the content published on The Bridge – TTMT SA, the same will be available as long as the Owner may use it and, therefore, at the expiry of the license, The Bridge – TTMT SA will be forced to remove the related contents

Service interruption

The Owner reserves the right to add, remove features and characteristics or suspend or interrupt the provision of the Service, either temporarily or permanently. Service Resale

Users are NOT authorized to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of sites created by The Bridge – TTMT SA and its Services without express written permission by registered R / R by the Owner, guaranteed directly or through a specific reseller program

Indemnity

The User undertakes to indemnify the Owner (as well as any company controlled or affiliated by the same, its representatives, administrators, agents, licensees, partners and employees) from any obligation or liability, including any legal expenses incurred to defend themselves in court, which may arise in the event of damage caused to other Users or third parties, in relation to the content uploaded online, to the violation of the terms of the law or of the terms of the present conditions of service.

Unauthorized use

The Services must be used in accordance with these terms.

Users cannot:

  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or create derivative works based on The Bridge – TTMT SA or any portion of it;
  • circumvent the computer systems used by The Bridge – TTMT SA or its licensees to protect the content accessible through it;
  • copy, store, modify, change, prepare derivative works or alter in any way any of the contents provided by The Bridge – TTMT SA;
  • use any robot, spider, site search / retrieval application, or any other device, process or automatic means to access, retrieve, scrape or index any portion of The Bridge – TTMT SA or its contents;
  • rent, fire or sublicense The Bridge – TTMT SA;
  • defaming, offending, harassing, threatening, threatening or otherwise violating the rights (such as the right to privacy and publicity) of others;
  • disseminate or publish illegal, obscene, illegitimate, defamatory or inappropriate content;
  • use The Bridge – TTMT SA in any other improper way that violates these Terms.

Copyright

All the Application trademarks, figurative or nominative, and all other signs, commercial names, service marks, word marks, commercial names, illustrations, images, logos that appear on the sites created by The Bridge – TTMT SA are and remain owned exclusively by the Owner or its licensees and are protected by the laws in force on the trademarks and by the relative international treaties.

Furthermore, the Authors expressly declare to have the ownership and / or full availability and / or to have fulfilled all legal obligations with reference to the intellectual property rights that concern the Material and release the Owner from any responsibility in relation to the unlawful dissemination of the contents of third.

Age requirements

Users declare to be of age according to the legislation applicable to them. Minors may use the products and / or services offered by The Bridge – TTMT SA only with the assistance of a parent or guardian. Under no circumstances may anyone under the age of 13 use the products and / or services offered by The Bridge – TTMT SA.

Limitations of Liability

The Owner, within the limits of the applicable law, is liable for damages of a contractual and extra-contractual nature to the Users or third parties only when these constitute an immediate and direct consequence, through fraud or gross negligence, of the activity offered by The Bridge – TTMT SA.

The User exonerates and expressly relieves the Data Controller from any liability, within the limits permitted by the applicable legislation, in relation to any damages or claims of any kind and / or of its own, including those of direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special damages , damages resulting from lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data or replacement costs arising from or otherwise connected with this agreement.

On the sites created by The Bridge – TTMT SA there may be contents that provide advice of a health and / or psychological nature.

the User must keep in mind that the health and / or psychological advice provided on the sites created by The Bridge – TTMT SA MUST under no circumstances be considered as a personal diagnosis and / or as a substitute for a medical opinion. They, in fact, have an illustrative and informative purpose only and they must not be attributed any didactic validity that can even only abstractly encourage the User to “do it yourself” and / or interrupt and / or modify any medical treatments, even of a nature psychological, in progress.

Changes to these Terms

The Owner reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time, giving notice to the User by publishing them on the sites created by The Bridge – TTMT SA.

The User who continues to use the services offered on the sites created by The Bridge – TTMT SA after the publication of the changes, accepts the new Terms without reserve.

Transfer of the contract

The Owner reserves the right to transfer, assign, dispose of by novation or subcontract all or some of the rights or obligations arising from these Terms, provided that the User rights provided herein are not affected.

The User may not assign or transfer his rights or obligations under these Terms in any way without the written authorization of the Owner.

Communications

All communications relating to The Bridge – TTMT SA must be sent using the contact information indicated.

Nullity

If any provision of these Terms should be invalid or ineffective, the aforementioned clause will be eliminated while the remaining clauses will not be affected by this and will remain effective.

Applicable law and competent court

These Terms and all disputes regarding the execution, interpretation and validity of this contract are subject to the law, the jurisdiction of the State and the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of the place where the Owner is located. The exclusive jurisdiction of the consumer is an exception, if the law provides for it.

Alternative dispute resolution

The consumer resident in Europe declares to be duly informed of the fact that the European Commission has established an online platform that provides an alternative dispute resolution tool to resolve out-of-court, fairly and inexpensively, any dispute relating to and / or arising from contracts of sale of goods and services entered into online. Consequently, if you are a European consumer, you can use this platform to resolve any dispute arising from the online contract entered into with the Owner.
